Life has many challenges and you may find yourself needing extra support along the way. My role as your therapist is to come alongside you and support you as you navigate through these challenges. I have experience working alongside individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and chronic illness. I am passionate about exploring the mind-body connection and how some of these issues may present themselves somatically. I approach therapy from a holistic perspective in which I explore the emotional, physical, social, mental, and spiritual. My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe and empathetic space that allows you to feel heard and seen. During our time together, you will be provided with new insight and will be given tools that will encourage you in your journey of healing and growth.
Outside of sessions, I spend my time reading fictional novels, going on long walks, and enjoying quality time with my family. I also love time at the beach and being on the pickleball court.”
